Sessions and Fees

Our Fees

As a non-profit making organisation, we keep our fees to a minimum to cover our costs.   All fees are payable one month in advance and are not refundable for any period of a child’s absence due to sickness or holiday.

We are eligible to participate in the Nursery Education Grant Funding scheme.  Currently this provides funds for each child, a term after their third birthday, for a maximum of 55 sessions of 3 hours per term.  It should be noted that sessions at St. John’s Preschool are 3 hours long.

*We do not offer 30 hours of extended early years entitlement.

Please see our full terms and conditions for our current fee structure.

For direct debit or voucher payments please use your child’s name as a reference so we can identify the payment source.

There is a deposit of £150. This will be deducted from your first invoice once your child starts at the preschool, providing you take up all the sessions requested. Should you not take up all sessions originally requested, the deposit is not refundable.
